Truffle risotto recipe

  • In a large pan, fry an onion in a drizzle of black truffle oil, then add the rice and cook until translucent.
  • Have a hot stock (either vegetable or chicken) prepared in advance.
  • Gradually add this stock to your mixture until the liquid has been fully absorbed.
  • Once cooked, add a drizzle of black truffle oil or a good spoonful of Signorini Tartufi truffle sauce.
  • Arrange in pretty dinner bowls.
  • Sprinkle with savoury truffle powder, parmesan shavings and ground black pepper.
