Pay for your parking with ease using your smartphone!

Introduced last June, the City of Luxembourg has adopted the Indigo Neo app, which provides the option of paying for parking using a smartphone. No more searching for change or getting out of your vehicle to get a ticket at the ticket machine. To get started, simply download the Indigo Neo app from the Apple Store or Google Play. You can register in advance by providing details of your vehicle, your payment method and your billing address, or you can do so directly on site. Once you have opened the app, simply select the parking area in which you are parked on the map, using geolocation. Then choose the desired duration, confirm and proceed with the payment. There is another option available for car parks equipped with a barrier, allowing number plate recognition.
