Then this is YOUR place: Brasserie “Oekosoph”, embedded in the picturesque Pafendall, where (almost) everything is naturally organic … The Brasserie does not only impress through its menu and attractive location, but also through its original concept. It is run by Chef Lou Steichen (former chef of „ Aeppel a Biren “restaurant), on one hand, and a group of dedicated volunteer members of Mouvement Ecologique, on the other hand.
