NÏCE – Good Times Ice Cream was founded by husband and wife Cristian Brucculeri and Bettina Hertel, who met as students in France. Now based in Luxembourg, they’ve brought together with Laura Maestri and Luigi Cocchi their shared love of food, culture, and togetherness to life in the form of NÏCE—a place that feels like an extension of their home. Handmade in-house with locally sourced ingredients, a Mediterranean soul, and a commitment to quality, NÏCE blends warmth, creativity, and craftsmanship into every scoop. More than just an ice cream parlour, NÏCE is a community space and cultural touchpoint. From its flagship in Belair beside Parc de Merl to a vibrant new city center popup this summer, NÏCE offers seasonal flavors, coffee, desserts, dog-friendly scoops, takeaway boxes, and, private and corporate event services.
