On the 14th of June 1997 around 20,000 people take off on a journey from Sardinia towards Naples to attend a football match where only one result is allowed: the victory. Cagliari Calcio, the island's football team, must win this play-out to stay in the Italian major league. Deu Ci Seu tells the story of this unique and unrepeatable journey. This exodus is the most impressive in Sardinia's history: an entire community is mobilized to follow and support, among a thousand obstacles, one of the symbols of their own identity. Among numerous traveling inconveniences, problems of public order, moments of both celebration and suffering, the values, the identity, but also the isolation of an entire population emerge from this choral tale.
