Carnival at Kaempff-Kohler

Carnaval

Fuesent chez Kaempff Kohler

Traditional Verwuerelter, delicious knots of pastry emblematic of the Luxembourg carnival period (Fuesent), are back at Kaempff-Kohler! These must-have treats are topped with either granulated or icing sugar, so you can choose between melt-in-the-mouth goodness or a crispy crunch!

With their strong love of tradition, Kaempff-Kohler will be selling these pastries throughout carnival season so everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, can enjoy these simple, wonderful and nostalgic treats.

These delicacies have a hidden secret power though… you can never only eat one! Apparently there are people out there who don't like them either… but we haven't come across them yet!

Kaempff-Kohler was founded in 1922 by Pierre Kaempff and Marguerite Kohler, who set up their patisserie at 14 rue du Curé. The shop is still located at the same address but the company expanded by opening a cheese and wine shop in 2000 and a restaurant in 2019. In 2004, production facilities alongside a beautiful shop and a spacious restaurant opened in Niederanven, followed by BREAKK in Kirchberg in 2022.
