Our coffees are freshly roasted every week in Luxembourg using a traditional artisanal method to guarantee the best possible quality. The origins of Cafés Knopes go back to 1936, when Albert Knopes, a schoolteacher by training, decided to set up a grocery shop selling colonial goods, which he soon specialised in coffee. For over 80 years and 4 generations, his passion for coffee has remained unchanged. We distil this passion through our coffeeshops and with our customers.
