Let's start AéroYoga® this summer! We're spending one full hour on ourselves, relaxing and surrendering to this discipline, which is great for both body and soul. Christelle welcomes us warmly to her studio, where we have come for a wellness break.

The AéroYoga® method allows us to gain awareness of our own body by working on a number of poses while suspended and weightless.

The main factor in this discipline is to use one's own body weight to create unique added benefits such as improving physical agility, physical strength, awareness of one's body and even helping to lengthen limbs.

Aerial meditation at the end of the session allows us to immerse ourselves into a period of deep relaxation.

In short, AéroYoga® is a gift we can give to our body and mind, and is a moment to pause, rebalance, strengthen, unwind and soothe.
