Chambelland, a new gluten-free bakery

Chambelland, une nouvelle boulangerie sans-gluten

Chambelland decided to open Luxembourg's first naturally gluten-free bakery in Place des Martyrs. Open since 2 February, the bakery offers breads and cakes made using rice flour, while retaining the utmost respect for the profession and operating a fully controlled production line.

Chambelland was created in 2014 as an artisan bakery and flour producer by two creative, yet methodical, free spirits: Nathaniel Doboin and Thomas Teffri-Chambelland. Their aim? To offer tasty, healthy products that are naturally gluten free. This was the start of Chambelland's adventure, as well as a beautiful friendship.

Voted as the third best bakery in Paris, Chambelland has no fewer than five shops in France and Belgium. Chambelland has once again made an impression by opening a sixth bakery, their first in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Behind this project is Arnaud Rasquinet and his associates, franchise owners for Benelux.

As someone who loves home-made products, and as an ex-artisan of Pain Quotidien France where he worked for 11 years, this new opening speaks to both his business and personal passions. "We are delighted to offer the people of Luxembourg delicious products, which are part of an innovative and sustainable approach. This was a gamble that we have been working on for years now, and I am sure that everyone will enjoy it, whether they are gluten intolerant or just enjoy good food", explained Arnaud Rasquinet, Associate Manager of the Chambelland franchise in Benelux.
