Signorini Tartufi takes us on a culinary journey through Piedmont with his truffle risotto recipe. It will certainly impress your guests!
Truffle risotto recipe
- In a large pan, fry an onion in a drizzle of black truffle oil, then add the rice and cook until translucent.
- Have a hot stock (either vegetable or chicken) prepared in advance.
- Gradually add this stock to your mixture until the liquid has been fully absorbed.
- Once cooked, add a drizzle of black truffle oil or a good spoonful of Signorini Tartufi truffle sauce.
- Arrange in pretty dinner bowls.
- Sprinkle with savoury truffle powder, parmesan shavings and ground black pepper.
